How it works

The flowers:

Each month your bouquet will be different. Our florists will select the best quality seasonal flowers from the flower markets that day. The bouquet(s) pictured give an indication of the style of bouquet you will receive, not the exact flowers or colours. Overall size may vary slightly monthly depending upon the flowers available at the time.

Your first flower delivery:

When you purchase this monthly flowers subscription you will be asked to provide a date to receive your first bouquet. This is ideal if you are buying the subscription as a gift because the first flowers can be delivered on a birthday, anniversary or another special occasion. If buying for yourself, perhaps your first delivery date could coincide with a weekend you have friends visiting and want beautiful flowers filling a vase on your coffee table during their stay. 

Your first delivery will include a card welcoming you to your subscription with care instructions and a brief outline of how the subscription works so if you're buying for someone else, they will know that you are giving them the gift of monthly flowers, not just a single bouquet.

You will also be asked if you would like to include a greeting message with the first delivery. We will handwrite this message for you on a small gift card to accompany your flowers. 

Our deliveries will be undertaken in a safe social distanced way. Should no-one be in to receive the delivery unfortunately we cannot undertake multiple delivery attempts at the address. On such an occasion the bouquet will be left in a safe place at the address or with a neighbour (if local restrictions allow). We will always post a card through the letterbox to inform the recipient of where we have left the flowers. 

Your monthly deliveries:

After the first delivery when you can specify the date, the following deliveries will be made monthly on a working day as near to the originally selected date. An example is 1st delivery 2/1/2021, next delivery 2/2/2021 or thereabouts.  Please note: At busy periods such as Valentines Day, Mother’s Day and Christmas there may be further variation around delivery timings. We hope you understand this!

Your flowers will be delivered to your door, beautifully wrapped, tied with natural raffia and complete with a sachet of flower food  - all ready for you to place in a vase and enjoy.

At present we are only offering our Flower subscription service to local areas around our shop. These are currently limited to the following Postcodes: WR7, WR8, WR10 & WR11.

Anything outside this area will unfortunately not be accepted. A full postcode is necessary with the full name of the recipient. If you have the recipients telephone this is also useful (but not essential).

Collect (if preferred):

If you would prefer to collect your flowers from our shop in Pershore, that’s fine. Obviously, it will be easier for all concerned if the method of receiving the flowers is the same throughout the subscription period. No discount or refund is offered should you chose to collect.

Payments:

Payment is simple: A one-off payment at the point of order. You can extend your subscription at any time. If you do choose to enjoy Subscription Flowers again then just contact us on 01386 556081 or 07812 791673. We will request your payment details again as we do not retain this information.

Towards the end of the subscription, we will call you for a chat to see how much the flowers cheered the recipient or yourself up. It’s also an ideal time to extend the subscription or maybe treat another friend or loved one to a beautiful monthly bouquet.
